Center your mind and body during the long winter months with exercise specialist Caryl DePalma! Build strength, improve flexibility, and create balance.
This is a gentle exercise class suitable for those with mobility limitations, and will be adapted to the level of each participant.
Free and open to all adults and seniors.
No registration required, but class size limited to 15. First come, first served! Please come a few minutes early.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Exercise bands will be provided. Bring hand weights if you have them, but they're not required!
This session runs from 1-2pm every Wednesday for 8 weeks, starting Feb. 1.
