Try the Writers Circle, a weekly writing group at the Croton Free Library!

Come to the Library for an in-person support group for new parents and their babies! This group offers community, support, and solace for parents at the beginning of their journeys.

We host the Croton-on-Hudson chapter of Shut Up & Write -- a global nonprofit initiative committed to creating free and welcoming spaces for writers of all kinds!

Play canasta at the Croton Free Library! Free and open to all.

Join us for Being Somebody, a heartfelt and humorous show starring 90-year-old psychologist Dr. Howard Mase and his daughter, performing artist Marla Mase. 

Support local artists and find great handcrafted items for the holidays! The Northeast Etsy Artists Collective will host its annual artisans' market in our Ottinger Room.

A percentage of the proceeds benefits the Library. 

Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. After a quick warm up, we will read books and act it out in yoga poses.

Come to the Library for a relaxed consultation about technology! Seniors can connect with students at Croton-Harmon High School for help with using phones, tablets, and laptops. Free and open to all!

Monthly meeting of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society to provide support and education for people living with multiple sclerosis.

Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be held at the Library at 7:30 P.M. on the second Monday of each month, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Board. There are no meetings in July or August.

For ages birth to 4 years old.

Join us for babytime, a lapsit program for parents with babies & toddlers! We’ll sing songs, read stories, and do finger plays. It’s a great way to interact with your little one.

People living with grief are invited to join this weekly group, led by Jeanne McCabe, a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience as a mental health clinician.

For anyone age 8-18.

We provide the LEGO; you provide the imagination! Come to the Library and use our extensive LEGO collection to build anything your heart desires based on weekly themes.

Get creative with the Library! Create your own coil bracelet. It’s easy for beginners, and no experience necessary — it's a great way to get into beading for someone who would like to get started.

Students in grades K-8 are invited to stop by the Library on Wednesday afternoons for low-stress, one-on-one tutoring in a variety of academic & social/emotional areas.
