The Croton Free Library exhibits work by local artists professional or amateur that is of high artistic quality. The Library reserves the right in all cases to decide on exhibits for our gallery according to our standards. The purpose of the program is to make available to the community artistic experiences which will enhance its appreciation and understanding of various art forms.  You can read more about the exhibition guidelines here.

URL of your own website or a site that hosts your work
Such as materials/mediums used, number of pieces proposed for this exhibit. All submitted pieces must be suitable for wall display and able to be hung on our hanging system.

Please attach the following:
incomplete applications cannot be considered:

  • Artist Statement
  • Artist Bio/Resume
  • Example(s) of your work (please label each image with title, materials, and dimensions)

100 MB limit.
Allowed types: gif jpg jpeg png bmp eps tif pict psd txt rtf html odf pdf doc docx ppt pptx xls xlsx xml avi mov mp3 mp4 ogg wav bz2 dmg gz jar rar sit svg tar zip.

Your proposal will be considered by the Library Gallery Committee; please allow a few weeks for a response. You will be contacted by email or by mail regarding the decision of the committee.
