Event Details

In this summer series, certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher will focus on slow-paced movement and poses. Gentle yoga releases tension in the body and builds flexibility with awareness of the breath. Join us to relax and restore yourself.

All ages and all levels welcome!
