In this outdoor class with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher, we will focus on slow-paced movement and poses. Gentle yoga releases tension in the body and builds flexibility with awareness of the breath. Join us to relax and restore yourself.

We'll meet on the front lawn of the Library if weather allows. If not, we'll move inside to the Ottinger Room.
