Join experienced counselor Donna Rayburn for a weekly safe, non-judgemental group to discuss personal grief and loss.
The goal of the group is for all participants to be able to express emotions and feel heard, learn about processing grief, and know they're not alone. Donna's approach focuses on empathy and acceptance, using Alan Wolfelt's Understanding Your Grief as a basis for discussion.
Participants will sign an agreement to keep everything discussed in the group private and confidential.
No registration required. Free & open to all.
Fridays, 10-11am, beginning on Sept. 9. The group will meet every Friday for eight weeks.
