Event Details

Kick off the summer season with the Library! We'll be launching our annual Summer Reading Program on the front lawn with balloons, buttons, snacks, and welcome bags.

A naturalist from Animal Embassy will do a fun, interactive show for all ages, focused on local nature and wildlife like snakes, frogs, and giant turtles.

You can sign up for the online Summer Reading Program on the spot, or pick up our paper trackers to record the books you read this summer.

Can't make the kickoff? No problem. Starting June 13, sign up at crotonfreelibrary.org/summer -- readers of any age can play along and track their reading with our app or on our paper tracker.
