Share your cooking with your community! Participants can prepare a recipe using one of the spices featured in the first six months of our Spice of the Month program:
- January - bay leaves
- February - lemongrass
- March - Aleppo/Halaby/Maras pepper
- April - cardamom pods
- May - sweet paprika vs. smoked paprika
- June - coriander seeds
Bring your completed dish to the potluck, along with the book or printed recipe you used. Everyone can sample the dishes and discuss their cooking process!
Participants must follow CDC guidelines for safe food handling and allergen information.
Registration: None required! Just drop by. We will hold this event outside if weather allows; if not, it will be in the Creative Space.
