Join NIA practitioner Melanie Duke for an Irish-themed dance to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, including an exploration of  Michael Flatley’s Fire Dance!

New to NIA? No problem! It involves easy-to-follow movements that focus on combining big body moves with small and focused steps, creating a free and joyful hour of dance. An open mind and a willingness to move the way your body wants to move are the only requirements.  

Free and open to all! This program is appropriate for anyone ages 8 to 88.

BIO

Melanie Duke has taught NIA dance in Italy, France, and the Netherlands, as well as the United States. She currently teaches at the JCC in DeWitt, NY, and she finds true joy in each dancer moving in their unique, lovely, beautiful body.
