We're excited to host a Repair Cafe at the Croton Free Library!
Repair Cafes are events where the community can bring their broken but beloved items to be fixed for free by local volunteers who specialize in various fields. We are sharing repair skills, saving people money and keeping items out of the landfill.
We need volunteers, too! If you’re a maker or tinkerer, can fix a lamp, glue, or sew, you have the skills to be a volunteer fixer. If you aren't a fixer but still want to help out, there are lots of other crucial roles that keep a cafe running smoothly.
