Program Description

Event Details

This program empowers your physical, mental, and emotional well-being via art, collage, journaling, and writing. Lori Jo Siegel shares the methods of art therapist and author Lucia Capacchione.

Participants sometimes use their nondominant hands for writing and drawing, to facilitate healing and creative breakthroughs. We also explore inner child/inner family healing and recovery through expressive arts and learn how to build a healthy inner family.

No writing or art skills are necessary — just an open mind and heart for discovery and fun. Creative Journaling offers the opportunity to know ourselves better and create more inner peace.

Supplies provided. Offered in partnership with Croton Caring & Croton Recreation.

No registration required; just drop by! Masks encouraged but not required.

Wednesdays, noon-1:00pm, until the end of July
