In this Zoom presentation, Dr. Randi Brown will offer invaluable insights into navigating the leap from high school to college and coping with leaving home and a new environment, while prioritizing mental wellness.

Attendees will discover practical tools and strategies to proactively manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges commonly faced during this transitional phase, and gain a deeper understanding of the importance of self-care. Parents will learn how to help their students transition.
