ON DISPLAY: June 2025
The students in Croton-Harmon High School’s 2024-25 Advanced Placement Art & Design class devote a year to creating a body of thoughtful, visually engaging work that explores personal voice and creative problem-solving. Under the guidance of teacher Jodi Burger, they work across a variety of media—including photography, painting, sculpture, and mixed media—to develop cohesive portfolios that showcase both technical skill and conceptual depth. Through sustained investigation and experimentation, students apply design principles such as balance, contrast, and rhythm to express their unique perspectives and artistic growth. This exhibition celebrates the creativity and dedication of the students, as well as the guidance and support provided by their teacher and the Croton-Harmon community.
