 oup at the Croton Free Library.Led by local writer and writing instructor 
 Meredith Phillips, this program provides structure and community around a 
 writing practice, and gives writers a chance to share their work and have 
 it discussed and constructively critiqued.Writers will submit works before
  each meeting, according to a schedule created before class begins. All sk
 ill levels welcome! This program is intended for adults. Registration is
