Toddler yoga with certified yoga instructor Lindsay Fletcher! Come explore the benefits of yoga right alongside your little one. This class promotes body awareness, physical strength, and an introduction to mindfulness. We’ll include yoga poses, breathing practices, and playful music and movement exercises.
This class works best for kids ages 6 weeks-4yo with a caregiver.
All levels welcome! Please bring your own yoga mats or towels.
No registration required! This program meets in the Library’s Ottinger Room. Masks are encouraged but not required.
